Each year, the Sales team at Yahoo! pitched design concepts to Film & TV Studios and priority brands to generate pre-sales revenue for the upcoming year. I collaborated closely with them to create storyboard decks that demonstrated how creative concepts could be developed and brought to life across Yahoo’s brand sites. I was given full creative license to innovate and inspire clients with the platform’s capabilities.
These pitch meetings — and the supporting creative — played a critical role in helping the Sales team meet their annual goals, and I was an integral contributor in securing those deals. To build these decks, I sourced existing assets online and used them to format our ad unit system, crafting a compelling narrative across brand pages. This approach offered clients a real-time preview of how their assets could be transformed into dynamic, eye-catching ad units.
