Creative Operations, Systems, & Scalability
Over seven years, I continuously optimized our design and production workflow by developing scalable templates, integrating AI tools, and streamlining copy—enabling my team to produce a high volume of original and client-supported creatives on an hourly basis.
Templates
When I joined Prodege, each client campaign was being designed according to individual brand style guides, resulting in a disjointed, time-consuming, and inefficient creative process. Campaign assets often lacked cohesion, internal branding was inconsistent, and the overall visual experience suffered.
To address this, I developed a clean, streamlined template system that prioritized large visual areas for client imagery while establishing clear typographic standards for hierarchy, readability, and visual impact. This framework allowed for flexibility within brand guidelines while unifying our creative assets across all Prodege brand sites.
The results were significant:
78% reduction in creative revisions
64% increase in campaign volume and sales revenue over five years
25% boost in production efficiency
This template system not only enhanced client representation but also strengthened Prodege’s internal brand consistency and creative performance.
AI & Assets
Challenge: One of the key production challenges we faced was obtaining high-resolution imagery and brand assets from clients for use across multiple creative units (typically 8 to 15 per launch). Often, our team had to source assets from app stores, video clips, Google image search, or flattened ad sets that included embedded copy.
Solution: By leveraging AI-powered tools in Photoshop, my team was able to quickly expand backgrounds, remove copy, adjust colors, and extract usable graphics from limited or low-quality sources. These tools significantly streamlined our workflow and allowed us to elevate the visual quality of our layouts within existing template constraints.
Typographic Style & Copy
Consistent typographic style and streamlined copy were essential in driving cohesion and efficiency across various program and brand creatives.
By consistently highlighting numerical values and rewards, we trained users to quickly recognize the value of each layout. This approach enhanced the user experience, made client-provided data easier to digest, and improved overall engagement with our advertising.
Gaming sales creatives became a top priority for our team over the past two years, with some of the most aggressive turnaround timelines we've ever faced. While many of our competitors focused exclusively on gaming creatives—giving them a slight speed advantage—we had to innovate to stay ahead, all while balancing multiple verticals. We prioritized creating visually engaging experiences that elevated each client's brand and made every launch both eye-catching and effective. Through smart templatization and the skill of my design team, we were able to significantly accelerate production—turning around high-quality creatives in hours instead of days.
Our financial creatives presented a different challenge compared to gaming designs, primarily due to the need to balance larger volumes of copy, including legal disclaimers. We addressed this by managing character counts and negotiating copy priorities with our clients. To ensure curated and strategic negotiations, I collaborated closely with department heads, project managers, and clients, aligning on key goals and timelines. Detailed onboarding materials enabled us to process the majority of financial creatives with minimal revisions, allowing for immediate launch readiness.
Shop Creative Performance and Workflow Optimization
Shop creatives accounted for 24% of our total output for Sales, supporting high-revenue clients such as Macy's, Kohl's, Best Buy, Lowe's, Home Depot, Temu, Nike, and Walmart. These advertisers consistently ran weekly original creative campaigns, often requiring tailored copy and, in some cases, branded templates to accommodate detailed user benefits and promotional messaging.
Many Shop clients mandated the use of specific imagery for product launches, often leading to the creation of three or more creative sets per launch. This demand significantly increased our production volume, from an average of 8–15 units per launch to 25–45 units, distributed across all brand sites multiple times per week.
Compounding the complexity, Shop advertisers collaborated with our Midwest-based team, shifting final delivery deadlines two hours earlier. All samples and final assets needed to be delivered by 2 PM Pacific. To meet this challenge, I restructured our workflow by front-loading Shop creative work in the early part of the day. I also optimized team coverage by coordinating remote designers on the East Coast and ensuring West Coast designers began their day at 7 AM.
Through this approach, we consistently met or exceeded deadlines and maintained a high standard of quality, with minimal client revisions and successful on-time—or early—campaign launches.

Custom Branded Templates
Our highest-profile, revenue-generating clients were provided with specialized templates tailored to their unique content requirements while remaining aligned with our typographical standards and design aesthetics.
Kohl's, in particular, appreciated the flexibility of their custom templates. Once brand guidelines were established, they rarely made more than minor edits ahead of each campaign launch.
Walmart’s branding needs required a more dynamic solution—often involving weekly launches with multiple product rotations and one-day turnaround times. We developed a hybrid layout that combined their brand style with our design framework to ensure speed and consistency.
Campaigns of this scale typically generated between $50K and $500K per launch, making customer satisfaction, process efficiency, and accuracy in both product presentation and copy essential to success.
Shopper Marketing campaigns actively promote a brand’s products to our members through our owned and operated properties, reaching active shoppers and influencing their path to purchase. These programs are designed to acquire first-time purchasers, drive product trial and repeat purchases, support new product launches, encourage bundle or cross-portfolio purchases, and generate sales at specific retailers.
This specialized program follows a unique production process and involves a more hands-on relationship with clients and their assets. These high-revenue-generating campaigns are crafted using client-provided assets, which are then adapted into our proprietary templates, adhering to our typography and brand guidelines.
