If you want to book a room at OAC, write to i.vandoulakis@gmail.com giving your dates of arrival and departure.

The prices below include breakfast and lunch, because in principle everybody staying at the OAC will have lunch there, there are no other options close by. And we want to have a rather short lunch break (1h30), so that we can stop the sessions in the afternoon not too late (17h).

  • Single room per day, including breakast + lunch = 115 euros

  • Double room per day per person, including breakfast + lunch = 70 euros

You have to pay by March 30 for the school, by April 3 for the congress, by Paypal.

  • Dinner is optional, the price is 18.5 euros including wine

  • Lunch, for participants not staying at OAC, is also 18.5 euros including wine

  • Participants not staying at OAC can also have dinner at OAC

It is necessary to book lunch or/and dinner in advance, by March 28, paying as indicated above. You can choose day by day when you want to have lunch and/or dinner.

Check the social events here ! Saturday 9 everbody will have dinner in Chania, let us know if you want to take part to the excursion. Friday 1st there will be a welcome cocktail at 18h at OAC, it is good to have then dinner at OAC, everybody staying together, the same for Wednesday 6th, first day of the congress (welcome cocktail at 18h at OAC).

Housing at Lefka Hotel

  • Single bed room, without breakfast = 50 euros per room

  • Twin bedroom, without breakfast = 60 euros per room

  • Quadruple bedroom, without breakfast = 75 euros per room

The price of the breakfast is 9 euros
