- Lunch at OAC is 18.5 euros including wine
- Dinner at OAC is also 18.5 euros including wine
- Participants not staying at OAC are welcome to have lunch and/or dinner at OAC
Lunch at OAC is indeed highly recommended, there are no restaurants nearby and the lunch break is short. Dinner at OAC is also a good option because the food is excellent (see below), the price is good and you can develop friendship with other participants.

It is necessary to book lunch or/and dinner in advance, by March 28, paying as indicated below. You can choose day by day when you want to have lunch and/or dinner.

Friday 1st there will be a welcome cocktail at 18h at OAC, it is good to have then dinner at OAC, everybody staying together, the same for Wednesday 6th, first day of the congress (welcome cocktail at 18h at OAC).

The OAC Cuisine
The OAC’s restaurant continues the hospitable tradition of the Greek symposium, facilitating interpersonal communication. Based on the principles of organic farming, the OAC cultivates its own herbs, vegetables, and fruits at Kolymbari and at the Euro-Mediterranean Youth Center (Nopigia Kissamos), which are directly used together with first quality products of local producers, for the preparation of the dishes by the OAC’s awarded Chef and offered to the OAC’s Conference participants to ensure the best quality of food from the traditional Cretan cuisine.
