Transparency act of 2023

Preface

In order to stabilize the Kingdom Unihornitopia this act shall institute the publication of Imperial monetary reports, all legislation not pertaining to national security, and the tax returns of businesses.

Section 1.

1.1 Monetary report publication

The Kingdom of Unihornitopia shall every six months on the date of the state of the Kingdom release a report on the finances of the kingdom, as well as its gross domestic product (gdp), gross national product (gnp), and gdp per capita (per person). As well as a summary of changes since the last financial statement.

1.2 Corporate financial statements

Every year the financial statements of businesses [especially large businesses] shall be published.

Section 2.

2.1 Legislation

The Kingdom of Unihornitopia shall publish all legislation [not pertaining to national security] made since the last publication, every six months, on the date of the state of the Kingdom.

2.2 Congress

All Congress recordings will be made public – With exception to parts of each recording pertaining to national security.
