preface
This document has been created in order to stop the destruction of public property and the defacement of the Kingdoms building, as well as give bare minimum requirements for city design and restrictions on city design.
The intentional destruction and/or defacement of public and private property; Vandalism.
The Permanent residence of storage devices, or residential, encampments/dwellings on public property such as streets and/or parks; illegal residence.
The entrance into privately owned buildings without a warrant or granted permission; Trespassing.
Vandalism in the Kingdom of Unihornitopia shall be punishable with a fine of 40 Pendal (KUP) per meter2 of space vandalized.
Illegal residence shall be punishable by a fine of 50 KUP per meter3 resided per month.
Trespassing shall be punishable by a fine of 50 KUP, liability to be sued by the trespassed, if they feel they felt ill intent. Those whose property is trespassed on may not attack the intruder unless the intruder shows willful intent to attack you, or you are willfully attacked.
Private property shall be classified as any property not owned by the Unihornitopian government or any of its more local governments. Owners of private property may designate select paths they allow people to travel upon, if they do not people shall be allowed to travel through any private property that is deemed safe and is not a building.
Government inspectors and officials, with a warrant, shall always be given permission to enter the property.
All private charters shall be marked out and have regularly placed no trespassing signs that are easily visible, if people are not allowed to travel through the property.
Commercial property shall have an easily visible open or closed sign to indicate to customers if they are allowed into the area or not. Office buildings and (public and private) laboratories shall have a lobby floor in which they may check the authorization of people into the building; all visitors and employees shall be given a pass indicating their authorization level in the building.
All public property that is not restricted may be accessed by the public while they are open.
Public property that is restricted is property for which you need permission from whomever is directing the building or their superior to enter. intentional and willing trespassing onto restricted areas shall be punishable by a fine of at least 1000 KUP, and jail time of at least 6 months.
All cities and towns within the Kingdom of Unihornitopia shall be mixed use, and shall include at least 1:
train station
Freight
passenger
post office
library
Automobile highways shall not be built through cities.
Cities and towns shall be constructed in a walk-able manner.
Minimum parking requirements shall be banned from being implemented in Unihornitopian cities, towns, and villages.
