Transactions act of 2023

Preface

This act was written to stabilize the Unihornitopian economy.

Section I.

All transactions must be agreed upon by all parties before the transaction can be initiated, transaction details may not be changed without the permission of all parties involved.  All transactions must be recorded and all parties, if upon request, shall have a copy made available to them.
