Preface

In order to standardize the submission of financial statements for the Kingdom of Unihornitopia and stabilize its economy.

Article 1.

Section 1.

1.1.1

All businesses in the Kingdom of Unihornitopia shall keep track of their income and expenses and describe the source of each income and expense, in a ledger and submit that ledger annually to be taxed.

1.1.2

All residents of the kingdom of Unihornitopia shall keep track of their income and expenses and describe the source of each income and expense in a ledger.

Section 2.

1.2.1

The ledgers submitted by every resident and business in Unihornitopia shall be used by the Imperial Revenue Service (IRS) to calculate the amount of tax each individual and corporation owes.

1.2.2

All submitted records by individuals shall be compared to those of the business(s) employing them as described in their ledger, to ensure the correct financial statements of individuals have been submitted.

1.2.3

All records submitted by businesses shall be compared to those of their employees, and bank records to ensure they have submitted a correct financial statement.
