Animal act of 2023
All domestic animals have the right to not be harassed or abused by any person. Animals may only be put down when under extreme duress and on the recommendation of a veterinarian. Domestic animals may only be attacked if they at first willfully attack you.
No person may take another's animal without the expressed and written permission of the owner of said animal. No Animal may be used as blackmail.
Anyone who shall break this act is subject to at least a fine of 400 Pendal, and if at the request of the owner of the animal, a duel.
