Bathroom act of 2023
Preface
This bill has been created in order to make bathrooms more hospitable to their users.
All Urinals shall have quality plastic dividers and shall be built from the floor to the ceiling, shall be made of a substance that is opaque, shall be at least 3 centimeters in thickness and be at least 60 centimeters deep.
All urinals must either be singular (the only one in the room), or they must have an odd number in the room.
All stall doors must be made of an opaque material and must have a maximum of 0.2 centimeters between the door and the door frame, and the gap shall be covered with an opaque material. All stall doors must also reach from the floor to the ceiling.
All stall walls must stretch from floor to ceiling and be made of an opaque material.
All flushes, faucets, soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, electric hand dryers, and hand sanitizer dispensers should be touch-free. All bathroom entrances must have ways to be opened by elbow and/or foot, and must open into the bathroom.
All bathrooms must have both a paper towel dispenser and electric hand dryer
All stall doors must have a sign that displays whether the stall is occupied or not.
All buildings that are required to have a bathroom must have at least 1 handicap stall about every 100 meters give or take 10 meters in horizontal distance.
All handicap stalls must be able to fit their occupants comfortably no matter what the handicap of the person might be.
All bathrooms are required to have at least 1 urinal, or toilet in which a child or someone who is inflicted with dwarfism may use.
