  3. Do you have any curriculum leadership role in your kura? If not, would you be interested, and in what areas?
  4. If you are currently a curriculum leader, what are your responsibilities?
  5. What is the relationship between your role and student achievement?
  6. Where and how do you find support for your role? This could be internal or external to the kura.
  7. If you had the opportunity, what sort of support would you like?
