Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain project documentation to support transparency and accountability.

• Facilitate meetings and discussions, taking notes and following up on action items.

• Identify potential roadblocks and work proactively with teams to resolve issues.

• Support the production manager in resource allocation and scheduling.

Requirements
