Assist in the leadership of the animation team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior animators.
Develop and implement high-quality scripted animations for characters and objects in our games.
Collaborate with designers, artists, and programmers to ensure animations integrate seamlessly with gameplay mechanics.
Review and critique animations to ensure they meet artistic standards and align with project vision.
Conduct research and apply industry trends in animation techniques to elevate the quality of our work.
Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to animation in a timely manner.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas towards project development and creative direction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Animation, Art, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in animation, with a focus on scripted animations for video games.
Proficiency in animation software such as Maya, Blender, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of animation principles, character motion, and behavior.
Experience with game engines, preferably Unreal Engine or Unity.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for collaboration.
A portfolio showcasing your animation work, particularly in scripted environments and character animations.
