BEFORE BOOKING YOUR TRIP TO BERMUDA
Before you book a trip to Bermuda, check if you meet all the requirements:
PASSPORT. You will need a valid passport. It must be valid for the duration of your intended stay.
VISA. Most citizens, including those from the UK, USA, Canada, and the EU, DO NOT need a visa for tourist visits up to 180 days. However, citizens of a few designated countries DO need a multi-re-entry visa (MRV) for the UK, USA, or Canada to enter Bermuda.
EXEMPTIONS: All travellers whose country is listed in the Order must present a valid multi-re-entry visa (MRV) for the UK, US or Canada to enter Bermuda. The visa and passport must be valid for 45 days after the expiration of your stay.
SANITARY REQUIREMENTS: No mandatory general vaccines are required.
Only book your trip AFTER you have all those items arranged.
After you have arranged all the above and booked your hotel, there are still a number of things to do to avoid an unpleasant surprise at customs:
Complete the mandatory Bermuda Arrival Card (online before travel is recommended).
Have your confirmed round-trip or onward ticket ready.
Have proof of accommodation (Print your hotel reservation).
Have all those documents plus your passport and MRV (if applicable) at hand for presentation to the customs officials upon your arrival.
