This adamantine heavy plate armor requires a strength score of 20 to wear by a large or medium creature and attunement. It grants the wearer an AC of 26. In addition it provides 3 damage mitigation and the ability to use Gareix's Bite 5 times per long rest.

• Gareix's Bite: Melee Weapon Attack. +6 to hit. 5 ft. reach single target. Reach out and grow fangs from your mouth as you bite. If it hits it deals 2d6 piercing damage and poisons the creature with Gareix's venom. For the next 3 round or over the next ~24 seconds the target will take 13d8 poison damage.

The First Eleven Tablets require the use of blood and a body that has not been deceased for more than 18 hours for the process to be completed successfully. In addition in must use the body off a creature from one of the Material Planes.

Each tablet takes the number of days equal to their order to complete a process of making a soul gem. (1 day for first, 7 days for seventh, etc)

Any given creature can only be used to make a soul gem once.

The First Tablet

Towering at 20 ft. tall and weighing in at exactly 12 tons this mechanical masterpiece is no small thing to make or move but is the weakest of the 13 tablets.

It is capable of turning small creatures in a lesser soul stone provided there is over half the body and 3 pints of blood collected by the contraption.

This tablet is held in Megumis' Grand Library in the underdark of Crea Prime.

The Second Tablet

At 22 ft. tall and weighing in barely over 12 tons this machine is capable of turning small creatures or tiny creatures into lesser soul stones provided there is 3 pints of blood collected and over half of a body.

Its location is presumed to be in the Red Temple in Mot Quaye on Crea Prime

The Third Tablet

At 25 ft. tall and weighing in over 13 tons, this is the first capable over using medium small and tiny creatures. Although it requires 5 pints of blood and most of a body to make a lesser soul gem.

It was sold to one of the planar trading guilds by Urzul and its location is not exact although it is likely in a trade palace.

The Fourth Tablet

At 30 ft. tall and weighing over 15 tons, the fourth tablet is capable of making a soul gem using 6 pints of blood and a complete body of a creature that is tiny small medium or large.

It is currently held in the trade city Mahiba by a very wealthy patron.

The Fifth Tablet

At 36 ft. tall and wieghing over 16 tons, the fifth tablet is capable of using a creature of large or smaller, 4 pints of their blood, and half their body to create a soul gem.

It's location is unknown as Urzul had many magical vaults and its location was never recorded in Urzul's leger.

The Sixth Tablet

At 40 ft. tall and weighing 18 tons, the sixth tablet is capable of using a creature large or smaller, 8 pints of it's blood, and half or more of their body to create a greater soul gem retaining more of their soul.

It's location is confirmehe abyss. Whether it is being used is hard to tell.

The Seventh Tablet

At 50 ft. tall and weighing 20 tons, the seventh tablet is capable of using a creature of large or smaller, 5 pints of it's blood, and any amount of their body to create a greater soul gem.

It is currently held in the plane of mirrors being used to create gems out of those trapped their for eternity.

The Eight Tablet

At 65 ft. tall and weighing 30 tons, the eighth tablet is capable of creating superior soul gems using half or more of creature's body (huge or smaller) and 10 pints of their blood.

Its location is unknown.

The Ninth Tablet

At 70 ft. tall and weighing 35 tons, the ninth can create superior soul gems using a fourth of a huge or smaller creature's body and 18 pints of their blood.

The ninth is one of the only two still held by the Banx.

The Tenth Tablet

At 80 ft. tall and weighing 40 tons, the tenth can create superior soul gems using any amount of a huge or smaller creature's body and 17 pints of their blood. It is still held by their Banx.

The Eleventh Tablet

At an appalling 130 ft. tall and weighing 80 tons, this tablet can create a grand soul gem using almost the entire body of a gargantuan or smaller creature and 40 pints of their blood. Its immense power and size do not match any recorded measurements or ledger.

The location of this tablet is unknown.

The Twelfth Tablet

At 160 ft. tall and weighing over 100 tons, this tablet can create a grand soul gem using half or more of any sized creature and 20 pints of their blood.

In addition, creature must be dead for no less than 2 hours and the blood must still be warm.

Its location is unknown.

The Final Tablet.

At 250 ft. tall and weighting 160 tons, the final tablet and culmination of Urzul's life and work it can create a supreme soul gem using the entire body of a creature medium or larger and 50 pints of their blood. In turn for this grand power, creature used in this process must be alive.
