Before getting into the nitty gritty of a character sheet, I ask.
Who is your character?
Write up a summary of your background and what has lead you to becoming an adventurer! This should include 2-5 experiences and major events along side a few key things your GM will use to consider your character to their best ability.
These major things are
Important Personality Traits: Think about the things everyone will be able to notice and stand outs that those close to you can recognize.
Ideals. What is important and valuable to your character? Do they have critical ideas or goals?
Flaws. What faults your character?
Bonds. Who does your character value?
So for alignment a little bit of definitions can clear up most of the problems people have with alignment.
Good means working for the greater good
Evil means against the greater good
Neutral on up-down means they have no impact on the greater good or are not motivated.
Then
Lawful means motivated by a set of rules, morals, or something of that nature.
Chaotic means spiteful or against rules, morals, and such.
Neutral on left-right means that morals and rules have no impact on the character.
The last thing I want to say is that alignments change!
Sephiroth is known as an iconic neutral evil character but he started out as lawful good.
Until the new site is finished find the creatures below in the handbook as it is being updated.
