Mask of the Third Man {Exotic/Legendary Rarity} (Requires Attunement)
A helmet with a third eye on the forehead and arc energy coursing through it.
This mask extends the duration of lightning supers by 1 round and reduces the cost by 3. It also grants the user the wish eye feat.
In turn, the user genuinely believes that anything they kill was killed by an unknown 3rd party and has no memory of it. It one inquires to validity of this though insight or other means, the result still shows a third party has done the deed.
