Reserve Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is for Members Only. The use of the Clubhouse requires the completion of the rental agreement. Here is a list of the main rules we have in place for its proper use:

• Your event must be within the next 6 months.
• The rental does not include the pool or the tennis courts.
• The Member reserving the Clubhouse is responsible for all guests and cleaning inside and outside the Clubhouse.
• The Member reserving the Clubhouse must be present the entire time of the event.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Alcohol may not be sold at the event.
• At the Board's sole discretion, fines may be levied for violations of the above, damage to property, and/or for the need to hire a cleaning service for the next Member's reservation.
