CCCA provides facilities for our members that include tennis courts, swimming pool, clubhouse for private events, as well as maintain the property and landscaping. Based on availability, our members can use the clubhouse for private events free of charge. 

Located in Hamilton County of the Cincinnati, Ohio metro area, we provide self-governing services to support 105 homes and respective families therein.  The homes in our neighborhood are in Sycamore and Princeton public school districts. Additionally, our neighborhood is adjacent to one of the top 75 public golf courses in the country, Blue Ash Golf Course.
