The Board is charged to create an Architecture Review Committee to evaluate construction that is altering the appearance of the exterior of a member's home. In the absence of a committee, the Board is the committee.
All exterior construction projects that alter the appearance of the home should be submitted to the Board for review and approval PRIOR to initiating the project. If not, a member does run the risk of the Board deciding to have the project removed, including taking legal action to do so.

DO'S
- Paint your home in earth-tone colors.
- Keep construction hidden from the street view.
- Keep the construction attached to the existing home.
- Maintain consistency to the look of your current home.
- Choose aluminum, vinyl or wood fencing.
- Inform construction trucks to park on one side of the street.
DON'T'S
- Don't build a shed, detached garage, or any other structure not attached to your current home.
- Don't fence your entire backyard or any of your front yard.
- Don't use chain link fencing.
- Don't put solar panels on your home visible from the street view.
- Don't build an attention seeking mailbox.
