We do have a few policies that officially are not in the HOA rules:

• We ask that you take your garbage out Sunday after dusk and bring in your empty cans the next day.
• We ask that if you park on the street, it is not a long-term solution.
• We ask that if you park on the street, you don't park directly across from another vehicle. This leaves room for larger vehicles including fire and ambulatory vehicles.
• We ask that you don't put dog droppings in our garbage cans at the Clubhouse.
• We ask that members refrain from using bulk email lists to other members regarding politics, membership issues, work, sales, fundraising, etc. Bulk email lists can quickly become outdated and include previous members. They also increase the risk of exposure to spam and phishing brokers and may include members who did not op-in to email communications. For these reasons, please do not use bulk lists.
