Tennis Courts
Our tennis courts are top quality. These rules are in place to protect the courts as well as provide fair access to Members and their guests.
Carpenter's Creek Civic Association and its Members shall not be responsible for any injuries incurred on the premises or any loss or damage to any personal property.
These rules can be amended at any time by the Board.
Tennis Court Rules
- A camera is running at all times. Video evidence may be provided for a situation at the discretion of the Board.
- The tennis courts cannot be reserved. They are available on a first come, first serve basis for Members.
- The maximum time a court can be used while another Member is waiting to play is one hour.
- A Member or Junior Member (ages 12-17) must be at the tennis courts at all times if there are guests.
- If two guests are playing on the same court, that court is considered immediately available to a Member who wants to play.
- The tennis courts shall be used only for playing tennis. Skateboards, roller skates, bicycles, etc. are not permitted.
- Tennis shoes are the only shoes permitted on the tennis courts.
- Pets are not permitted on the tennis courts.
- Music and distracting noise is not permitted.
- No climbing on the court dividing net.
- The gate must be locked when the last person leaves.
