Carpenter's Creek Civic Association is an HOA asset management organization. As a neighborhood, we self-manage our association. We are located in Evendale, Ohio. As a result, here is the hierarchy of authority:

• There are national laws that we have to follow as an HOA.
• Ohio has specific laws we need to follow.
• Next, the Village of Evendale has specific ordinances we need to follow.
• Then there is us.

As an HOA, our membership rules must be aligned with the hierarchy of authority above us. If any authority above us has a law, ordinance or rule, then so do we.
