Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is a valuable asset for fun and relaxation. Sometimes those two objectives compete. We simply ask our membership to be cognizant and courteous of this fact.
Nothing is more important than safety at a pool. It is the responsibility of each member to see that the following rules and regulations are enforced in order to maintain a safe pool area for the use and recreation of all. The Board has the obligation and the right to suspend the membership and pool privileges of any member that abuses this privilege or creates a safety hazard for others.
THESE RULES ARE FOR YOUR SAFETY AND SWIMMING PLEASURE AND MAY BE AMENDED BY THE BOARD
Cameras are running at all times. Video evidence of a situation may be provided at the discretion of the Board.
The pool is for the exclusive use of the Carpenter's Creek Civic Association Members and their guests.
No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk.
NO DIVING is permitted.
The pool hours are 9am to 9pm. It is open daily from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
An approved private party does not prevent a Member in good standing from using the pool.
Children are the sole responsibility of their parents, guardian or babysitter. This person(s) must be present at all times.
Children 11 and under must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or babysitter.
No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
No portable fire pits of any kind are allowed in the pool area.
No pets or animals of any kind are permitted in or around the pool area.
No running, pushing or rough horseplay will be permitted in the pool area.
Smoking is permitted. It is requested to be courteous of your neighbors and guests who may not like the smoke.
Pool furniture may not be removed from the deck area, stacked for playing, or otherwise used for other unintended purposes.
Proper swim attire should be worn at all times.
Infants must wear swim diapers while in the pool.
Fecal accidents must be reported immediately as the pool will need to be closed and sanitized for 24 hours.
All guests must be accompanied by an adult Member.
The maximum number of guests from any Member household is 6 guests using the pool.
No one should block, tamper with, or otherwise disrupt the drains, covers, or water jets for any reason
