Pogo, Al Capp's cartoon opossum from Louisianna, was correct more than 50 years ago. The problem is us.
Now we just need to know how to mitigate a problem we can't fix.
Two ICE related homicides, the criminality of these deaths has not been finalized, but the people know justice matters.
If an attorney with the appropriate official capacity feels compelled by their obligations to seek injunctive relief using a constitutional argument about supremacy, please see For cause 25Jan2026.
Unlearning the unitary executive theory and then learning the more complicated version the founders used to establish check and balances is difficult. Should you need my assistance, we should go through official channels established for this purpose before there were telephones.
Processes do not work if they are not used. Governments are not worth the money if they do not provide essential services including disinformation debates.
Have your elected representative contact mine. I live in Illinois. Have them send me a text so that I don't block or ignore their call.
Hope for better or greater has been consistently getting presidents elected. Better is easier to achieve when the system is working as designed and you understand what the design is.
Quanti Theory provides an easier to understand model of reality which is much better than others. The science community can't change reality, but the theory should help them explain it better. People have control over the laws of physics which are taught.
Preamble Politics builds upon reality. Political systems work better when the government using it understands the design and how reality works. People have control over the laws of government.
Hope has not been enough. Something is wrong with our understanding of causation. Changes which cause things to get better have side effects that make other things get worse. A disinformation barrier has been erected which make convincing the other side seem hopeless.
Barriers resist change for the worse and change for the better. Like the dumb joke about the thermos having the intelligence to situationally change the thermal barrier. How does it know to keep the cold thing cold? Science can answer that question. But...
How could a politician accept anything that does not win a poll amongst the voters?
How trapped are we if the best answer is outside of the mainstream?
How does a government know the confines of the law are intelligent enough to understand the situation and then take the best action?
Citizens of small absolute monarchies and dictatorships do not need to ask questions. These governments have a simple law, "Do what the boss says". For republics with a hierarchy of bosses, that changes to, "Do what the bosses wants". The test for an action's legality becomes, "When the bosses are happy the action was the legal. When the bosses are not happy it was criminal". The difficult part is knowing the future.
The authority to act as a lower-level boss comes down the tree structure hierarchy with the obligation and responsibility to keep the boss satisfied and content enough for the boss to pursue happiness. There is an ultimate authority and there are some penultimate authorities with the penultimate responsibilities. Written rules, regulations and laws improve the chances for guessing correctly. Accurate and easy to use laws of nature i.e. laws of physics and proclamations from the ultimate authority significantly reduce the number of wrong answers to consider. The odds of a correct guess about the future are greatly improved. But guesses do not make exceptionally great nations.
Governance is better when the ultimate authority to act comes from the bottom up. The top of the hierarchy has work to do because overall the obligations and responsibilities of the government do not change. But some adjustments are needed because the ultimate authority (every person) and the bosses with the penultimate responsibilities (the executive cabinet) have communication issues. Timely reports and timely orders cannot occur for large populations.
Effective communication also cannot occur for small populations that want to pursue happiness because listening to reports and giving orders is too time consuming. Then there are the children who are not old enough to know the meaning of giving consent to be governed or effectively participate in conversions about world affairs. Persons who are part of a civilized group (a people) ought to be represented even if they cannot give their consent to be governed. The people ought to have the civil liberties provided by their government.
There are multiple ways to mitigate the communication issues caused by having 300 million constituents being a single ultimate authority. (E pluribus Unum) The US Constitution is one of those ways. At the time it was written it was the only way that could be explained and ratified.
The primary reason to make the constitution complicated was to prevent the unitary executive (any individual) from having the ultimate authority to command those with the penultimate responsibilities (cabinet members). This can only be that the cabinet members as a group have all of the authority except to sign and announce the decisions. The president needs to nominate people he will generally agree with because they are going to tell him what orders to sign. The authority starts from the bottom and goes up to where the "buck stops" for sign-off.
Restoring these precepts and the resulting improvements is the mission of Preamble Politics

It appears the authors of Project 2025 have no viable defense. They cannot argue against the well-established values of the founders.
Behavioral psychologists and busloads of lawyers still have another decade of work. It's not over but there now is a viable plan that starts with something small enough to understand.

The decades of state sponsored disinformation make unlearning difficult. When there is only one bad alternative its physically impossible. This solution simply requires a local community check on manufactured arms to balance the risk of undiagnosed sociopathic and psychopathic activity.
Thinking about the odds of being correct based on known actions and not known statements of analysis should help. No opinion poll actually changes the past. Training on making odds is part of the Simplexity effort. It's a neglected but incredibly useful skill for disinformation detection. What are the odds, what are the costs and how much should be invested to maximize the gains? The same odds calculating math applies to percentage of crop to sell in advance and the optimal amount of time delay required to access a machine gun to minimize school shooting deaths.
The page History Thought Experiment is intended to assist on the term "the people" specifically.
A tree structure of experts ought to be constructed. The hard sciences form the foundation. Historians provide the known actions. Once, the endorsements occur, I can legitimately claim to be an expert in finding very old institutional intelligence disinformation. In essence, I am a great finder of fact in the legal sense. As an expert, I can testify in court as to my methods and confidence in my conclusions. My approach works best after the specialists have exhausted all of the likely causes. It's a niche for generalists and philosophers.
My guess for the ideal next step is a trial similar to State of Tennessee v John Thomas Scopes (the 1925 monkey trial about teaching evolution) gets on the docket in the city of Chicago. It's a guess because I don't think like lawyers. But I know that, the appeals courts are not the finders of fact (the correctness of evidence). And it's very likely that the majority of the Supreme Court Justices will remember that they are also not the finders of fact.
Last week my best guess was to make it a political battle. Last year, Quanti Theory was good enough for government work and making reality seem less complex. Reducing perceived complexity increases cognitive loading capacity making more well-reasoned conversations that include statistics possible. Last month, Quanti Theory (QT) became a grand unifying theory for physics. It was only last week, that QT (or GTOE? QTOE?) became a theory of everything with "synchronicity"

It would be prudent for experimental scientists and scientists that develop theories to withhold their perspective until confident in the compatibility checklist.

Section 4 of the US Constitution guarantees a republican form of government to each state. The current standard practices for political campaigning violate section 4 crossings state borders.
An Executive Orders or Legislation might use a restraint of trade justification. Valuable solutions, not aligned with nationalistic control cannot survive being primaried. Breakup these two monopolies. Urgently, demote the unitary Emperor to President.
Because there are no elected officials without allegiance established to one these two parties, it presents a significant barrier for them to endorse anything I write. Both sides need to stop at the same time, possibly using small steps. Even just, requiring the platform to be established for each cabinet member before the party nominates would be a significant step.
1795 Amendment 11 is an admission that many ratifiers did not understand the constitution. James Wilson, James Madison and like-minded philosophers knew that only a bottom-up delegation of authority could avoid the "imperium in imperio" where jurisdictions overlap in delegated authority. Yet some states thought their governments were sovereign.
The governors were also changed from rulers to presiders. The Constitution always impacted the states, but it was not enforceable.
The Federal government got supremacy over what was left after the state's got their rights to self-govern their citizens and by extension their chattel (in the colonial sense). The states did need help with the rabble, disorderly armed non-citizen natives and members of rebellions. But the state had supremacy on everything they normally provided.
