Skillset needed to learn Quanti Theory
The goal is conceptual literacy not technical mastery. There's no need to derive the equations, but the vocabulary and the abstract reasoning skills are needed to follow the logic.
A generalist or "educated enthusiast" level (comparable to a broad liberal arts or general science undergraduate background) is sufficient, provided you have the following specific literacies:
1. Conceptual Scientific Literacy
You need a grasp of the vocabulary and the "big ideas" of physics without the math.
* Thermodynamics: You don't need to calculate heat transfer, but you must understand entropy as "intrinsic irreversibility" and stochastic sources (randomness). You should understand what a phase transition is (like water to steam) to discuss simulating it.
* Quantum Concepts: You need to be comfortable with the weirdness of physics, such as the Wave-Particle-Wave triality and the idea that biology (evolution) can be rooted in quantum mechanics rather than just biology.
2. Statistical & Logical Intuition
Instead of calculating probabilities, you need to understand how logic and data interact.
* Bayesian Thinking: You need to understand the concept of Bayesian Logic not as a formula, but as a philosophy of "updating your beliefs" when new data arrives.
* Distributions: When discussing the Central Limit Theorem, you just need to know that "averages tend to form a bell curve," which helps in understanding data limitations.
* Systems Logic: You should be able to visualize how simple rules (like logic gates) can build complex systems, even if implemented with LEGO.
3. Philosophical Flexibility
A major portion of this material is philosophical. You need the ability to entertain abstract "what if" scenarios.
* Determinism vs. Free Will: You must be ready to discuss whether free will is an illusion or unfalsifiable, and how that impacts our legal framework.
* The "Math as Reality" Debate: Topics like the Riemann Series Theorem (rearranging sums) or Runge Spikes are often used in conversation to show that "our models of reality have glitchy edges." You need to be comfortable discussing the limits of human modeling.
Summary of the "Conversational" Prerequisite
The primary prerequisite is curiosity combined with critical thinking.
* Recommended Background: A habit of consuming "pop-science" media (like the 3Blue1Brown channel mentioned in the text) is actually the perfect preparation for this specific list.
* Key Skill: The ability to accept counter-intuitive premises (e.g., "free will might not exist," "particles are also waves") and explore their consequences logically.

Free Will
The illusion of free will. - Published five years ago.
The assertion is that free will is unfalsifiable (i.e., its non-existence cannot be proven).
Furthermore, our legal framework relies on the premise of free will for internal coherence.
This is due to the phenomenon of individuals altering their beliefs.
Thanks for the education.

Quanti Theory suggests that ocean waves, sound waves, radio waves, gravity waves and dark energy waves (stress packets in the material which fills space) are all quanti waves.
