2026 Triage 1st Draft

1. Stop campaign funds from crossing state borders

   1. democratic states can lead this

   2. encourage states to send a coordinated team to DC with the 2026 election

2. Senate removes and replaces Kristi Noem at the behest of the citizens (the majority of the sovereign constituents) 

   1. They do not need the president, the courts or the House to do this; but it's never been done

   2. Hegseth and Miller to follow as soon as replacement can be found acceptable to the Senate

   3. Eight of 15 are required for the 25th amendment

      1. The goal is to make things work as designed 

      2. After the triage, it will be time to reassess. 

3. House triples in size

   1. Additions are all at large candidates 

      1. with the skillset to improve process quality and manage budgets

   2. Even Wyoming could have a reasonable sized team 

   3. only politically achievable with part 1

   4. May not be permanent and it may not be enough 

      1. the future is unknown

4. Obama's dreamers who are not felons get citizen-ized by the states

   1. Recognize that the 1828 Noah Webster defines citizenize as a word. 

   2. Currently The federal government citizen-izes for the US jurisdiction. 

   3. Every lower government can citizen-ize within its jurisdiction. 

   4. Reciprocity agreements will need to be affirmed

5. A speaker of the house who is not a representative of a state or district

   1. needs an expanded year-round role for oversight

Intentionally not on this triage list, 

• Supreme Court opinions

• gerrymandering, state control 

• allies, enemies 

• Treaties, tariffs, 

• Voter and representative director training

Hopefully, these get addressed as side effects of the paradigm change.
