TSAROCRACY
THE OFFICIAL IDEOLOGY OF THE TSARDOM OF HUFSTET
ESSENCE OF THE IDEOLOGY
Tsarocracy is the governing philosophy of the Tsardom of Hufstet. It unites a fully free market with a centralized and absolute political hierarchy. The ideology teaches that economic freedom thrives under the stability and authority of a single sovereign figure: the Tsar. Individuals may trade, innovate, compete, and accumulate wealth without state interference, but political authority is not subject to competition. All political power flows from the Tsar alone.
THE TSAR
The Tsar is the supreme ruler of the Tsardom of Hufstet and the embodiment of the state. His authority is absolute, indivisible, and permanent. He may elevate or demote any subject at any time, and no one may overrule or challenge him. The free market exists because the Tsar permits it, and it prospers under his protection.
THE GRAND ADVISOR
The Grand Advisor is appointed directly by the Tsar and holds no independent authority. His sole purpose is to advise the Tsar when called upon. He possesses one conditional privilege: if the Grand Advisor and a noble’s direct superior agree that an individual has grown dangerously ambitious or disruptive, they may jointly demote that individual within the hierarchy. This privilege exists only by the Tsar’s tolerance and may be revoked at any moment.
THE NOBLE HIERARCHY
Government rank is not determined by wealth or popularity but by the Tsar’s judgment. Status within the Tsardom is measured through HF value, representing influence, prestige, and proximity to the Throne.
Grand Duke — 250 HF
Duke — 200 HF
Count — 150 HF
Baron — 100 HF
Knight — 50 HF
These ranks are privileges granted by the Tsar. They may be earned through loyalty and service or lost through disobedience or ambition that threatens the Throne. Only the Tsar may demote anyone unilaterally.
GOVERNORS OF THE TSARDOM
The Tsardom of Hufstet is divided into provinces, each overseen by a Governor appointed by the Tsar. Governors serve as the Tsar’s regional stewards and are responsible for maintaining order and overseeing local administration. Governors may pass local laws, manage provincial resources, oversee local courts, and enforce national law. However, all authority they possess is delegated by the Tsar and remains subordinate to him. The Tsar may override any provincial law, dismiss any Governor, or restructure any province at will. Governors may not challenge the hierarchy or interfere with noble ranks.
THE FREE MARKET
Capitalist Authoritarianism embraces a fully free market. Individuals may trade, invest, and compete without state interference. Businesses rise and fall based on merit, innovation, and demand. Wealth is earned, not assigned, and market success does not grant political power unless the Tsar chooses to reward it. Economic ambition is encouraged, but political authority remains sacred and untouchable.
LOYALTY AND SOCIAL ORDER
Citizens owe loyalty to the Tsardom and its Sovereign. Economic success is respected, but loyalty is revered. Those who prosper while strengthening the Tsardom are celebrated. Those who prosper while undermining it are corrected. Social mobility is possible through merit and loyalty, never through defiance.
DIGITAL PRESENCE
The Tsardom of Hufstet extends into the digital realm, where the Tsar’s authority remains absolute. Digital spaces are treated as sovereign territory. All official representation is controlled by the Throne, and unauthorized impersonation or misuse of state symbols is forbidden.
