I. PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT

This Amendment formally updates the territorial organization of the Tsardom Of Hufstet by recognizing the dissolution of the Province of Ruraltania and establishing the new Province of Gizlania.

II. DISSOLUTION OF RURALTANIA
The former Governor of Ruraltania has withdrawn from the Tsardom and removed all acreage previously comprising the Province.
As the Crown no longer retains territorial claim or administrative authority over said lands, Ruraltania is hereby dissolved and shall no longer be recognized as a Province.
All governmental offices, records, and authorities associated with Ruraltania are terminated and struck from the Royal Ledger.
III. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PROVINCE OF GIZLANIA
III. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PROVINCE OF GIZLANIA
The Tsardom hereby establishes a new Province:
Province of Gizlania
Size: Less than one acre
Description: A micro‑province recognized for its loyalty to the Crown and its strategic value despite its small size.
Gizlania shall be granted full Provincial status equal to all other Provinces.
A Governor shall be appointed by the Tsar to administer Gizlania.
All land within Gizlania is subject to the same laws, parcel structure, and currency requirements defined in the original Act.

Following this Amendment, the Tsardom Of Hufstet consists of three Provinces:
Province Of Wheatlia
Size: 5 Acres
Description: The Capital Territory and one of the original lands of the Tsardom.
Province Of Chaplashia
Size: 5 Acres
Description: A Province defined by the Southern Baptist Church located within its borders.
Province Of Gizlania
Size: Under 1 Acre
Description: A micro‑province newly established under this Amendment.
V. AUTHORITY

This Amendment is issued under the Tsar’s absolute authority as defined in Section II of the original Act.
