TSARDOM OF HUFSTET

SUBJECT: DEFINING TREASON, LEVELS OF OFFENSE, AND PUNISHMENTS AGAINST THE STATE
The Tsardom of Hufstet affirms that all matters of treason, loyalty, and state security fall under the absolute authority of the Crown.
The Tsar holds exclusive power to define, judge, and punish acts of treason.
The Tsar may elevate or reduce the severity of any treason charge.
The Tsar may impose fines, drain accounts, exile subjects, or issue pardons at will.
All decisions of the Tsar regarding treason are final and unquestionable.
Treason is defined as any act, omission, or intention that harms, undermines, or opposes the Tsardom of Hufstet, its Crown, its institutions, or its allies.
Treason includes, but is not limited to:
Disobedience to Tsarist decrees
Failure to fulfill obligations to the state
Aiding enemies or hostile entities
Acts of sabotage, betrayal, or disloyalty
All subjects are bound to uphold loyalty to the Crown.
The Tsardom recognizes three levels of treason, each with distinct severity and punishment.
Minor acts of disobedience or neglect.
Examples include:
Failure to pay taxes
Failure to fulfill assigned duties
Disrespect toward officials or institutions
Punishments may include:
Heavy fines in Hufstet Francs
Debt owed to the government
Temporary restrictions or warnings
Level I Treason does not result in exilement unless elevated by the Tsar.
Acts that weaken or endanger the Tsardom.
Examples include:
Interfering with government operations
Spreading harmful misinformation
Assisting internal dissidents
Violating major decrees
Punishments may include:
Severe fines or full draining of the perpetrator’s Hufstet Franc account
Loss of rank or privileges
Temporary or permanent ban from government positions
Exilement at the Tsar’s discretion
The highest and most severe form of treason.
Examples include:
Providing support, information, or resources to enemies
Sabotaging the Tsardom’s security or operations
Betraying the Tsar or the Crown
Conspiring with hostile entities
Punishments may include:
Immediate and total draining of Hufstet Franc accounts
Permanent exilement from the Tsardom
Banishment from all allied micronations
Public declaration of dishonor
Any additional punishment decreed by the Tsar
Level III Treason is considered the gravest offense against the Crown.
All treason cases begin in a Provincial Court, presided over by the Grand Advisor.
If the Tsar takes the Judge’s seat, the case becomes a National Court matter.
The Provincial Governors serve as the Jury in all treason trials.
The Tsar may overturn any verdict, elevate or reduce charges, or order a retrial.
The Tsar may pardon any act of treason at any time.
Pardons may be full, partial, or conditional.
No authority may challenge or reverse a Tsarist pardon.
This Act shall be enforced by the Tsar, the Grand Advisor, and all Provincial Governors.
All subjects of the Tsardom are bound by its provisions.
The Tsar reserves the right to amend, expand, or repeal any section of this Act at any time.
