The Tsardom of Hufstet stands as a sovereign, self‑declared state established through decisive reorganization and the restoration of singular authority. With the dissolution of the former Kaiserate system, all governance and national direction now proceed from the Throne of Tsar Owen I, whose mandate is stability, continuity, and the preservation of national identity.

The Tsardom is a portable, digitally administered realm, with its capital residing wherever the Tsar is present. All institutions, symbols, and laws derive their legitimacy from the Sovereign.
