With only two ingredients, these whimsical hard candies pack a ton of signature maple flavor on a stick! Use everyday household materials to create quick molds and fill them with maple-y goodness for your next party activity. This is a fun and easy way to make your own lollipops with minimal prep and no expensive molds.

Ingredients
- 200 g maple sugar, granulated- 40 g corn syrup
Materials
- short cup- parchment paper- popsicle stick- plastic wrap or tin foil
Instructions
- Make a parchment paper cone and place into a cup covered with plastic wrap to stand upright (see picture above). Weigh maple sugar into a pot and add a small amount of water until it resembles wet sand, about 2 Tablespoons. Weigh glucose into the same pot then begin to cook over medium heat while stirring gently to dissolve the sugar. Once all sugar dissolves, remove the spatula and insert a candy thermometer. Cook on medium high to 300˚F.
- Remove from heat and carefully pour into parchment cone forms. Insert popsicle stick and let cool completely before removing parchment paper.
