You can copy and paste the shortcut formats for various trial kinds for ranks listed below into #trial_logs for any rank to which they apply. These are the mandatory details that must be provided in trials—not the mandatory formats.
Examples for each requirement will be given as Gyazo links.
A thorough knowledge of the Order's operations is a requirement for the path of a Jedi Knight. By successfully completing the Trials, the Padawan must have demonstrated the suitable standard of a Jedi Knight. It is suggested that you complete the trials in the order shown below.
The first and simplest task to finish. For this trial, there are two criteria:
I. Spend at least 5 days as a Padawan.
The screenshot of the cooldown should either show the moment they were promoted to the rank of Padawan or the moment the master accepted the Initiate as their Padawan.

II. Have the approval from your master to take your Jedi Knight trials.
To participate in their trials, the Padawan must present a genuine authorization from their master. A Padawan needs the consent of an active Jedi Master or higher if they followed the alternate path to becoming a Padawan or if their master has been placed on Inactivity Notice for three days or more.
The approval must include the entire Roblox usernames of the Master and Padawan, mentions, and the approval date. The approval cannot be older than seven days. The log must meet every requirement in order to be valid.
The greatest and most difficult trial to finish. For this trial, there are four criteria:
Common Requirements
Provide an understanding of how to conduct events by explaining how to co-host each and every training in detail OR provide an understanding of how to conduct events by co-hosting one of each event hosted by your own Master and your own Master alone.
Good grammar, a smooth flow, and a minimum of six medium-sized sentences are requirements for detailed explanations.
Padawan frequently make blunders like explaining in their own words how to co-host trainings or the topic of what they will be reading out. They are actually required to describe their function as a co-host in this work so that they will be able to do so when they reach the rank of Jedi Knight or higher in the future.
Valid topics to seek for include:
- Answering PTS while the host explains.
- They provide and read out text in their own words (Rule Training: General Rules; Combat Training: Lightsaber Forms; Lore Training: Lore of their choice; Gathering: Lore on the specific crystal).
- Assisting the host as necessary, such as when there are an odd number of guests and the co-host must join them to make the numbers even for duels.
 2. Have an ideal understanding of a Jedi Knight by providing a written case-study that explains the roles of a Jedi Knight, and the lore behind them (must be in own wording).Â
Good grammar, a smooth flow, and a minimum of six medium-sized sentences are requirements for detailed explanations.
It should also briefly describe the participant's goals for joining the Jedi Order and becoming a Jedi Knight. It's not necessary to describe what a Jedi Knight is.
Librarian Variant

An example case study is given below: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1d1QPANOu0CwQU12cEYO3w3tfDlZ9dmKbEWYXJ79lgjY/edit
Write a Case Study of any inspiring Jedi.

Battlemaster Variant
Showcase combat ability by defeating the host in 2/5 duels.
The participant must defeat you (the host) at least twice in each of the five duels that will be held. The command ':log' must be used to log each combat. Each record should include a few sentences describing the participant's performance and whether they defeated you or not. It is necessary to be able to see the kills-and-deaths leaderboard.
2. Have an ideal understanding of how a lightsaber works by providing a written Case Study that explains how a lightsaber works, as well as the role of a kyber crystal within the lightsaber.
Example: (TBA)
Librarian Variant

Note: They must have no infractions within the month, and a clean moderation record. This must be checked before starting the trial.
Log every piece of evidence you have gathered in #trial-logs.
([JI] Request a promotion for the Padawan in #promotions once they have satisfactorily fulfilled the conditions.)
You must let the Padawan/Knight/Battlemaster know that they have a 5-day/10-day/10-day cooldown and log accordingly if they obtained two strikes due to improper requirements/conduct, which implies they failed the Jedi Knight/Instructor Trial.
To organize links to screenshot proof, use Discord's > key (the quote function). It aids in maintaining your log's aesthetic attractiveness.
Go to the #promotions channel, press CTRL + F, enter the person's username, and it will search for mentions of their name with certain dates so you can see if they waited the necessary number of days to advance.
Conclusion/Summary: You should strive to recap how the participant/attendee performed during their trial; highlight what they did well (often providing comments to them); and aim to highlight what went wrong. Aim to be as specific as possible when describing certain parts of their behavior, as this helps others understand who the person is.
Rule of Thumb | Always strive to be upbeat and offer consoling comments in the logging's end section.
