Special Event Regulations

• if there is a current event ongoing, you may not interfere with it by hosting another one simultaneously until the current event has come to an end.

• Community events that involve prizes such as Robux, gift cards, or other similar prizes must be approved by a Councilor prior to the event.

  • In the case of Robux prizes, they should not be lower than 100 Robux.

• [Jedi Instructors] If you've been a staff member for two weeks or more, you have the ability to host community events. However, every event you post must first be approved by a Councilor.

Game Nights

• Game-nights may only be hosted by Masters+ with the approval of the Council+ (as opposed to game events, which often include 1-3 activities). Game nights typically include multiple games, with the number of games increasing to five or more.

• Game nights are still operational as of August 2022, however the recommended number of games is 10–12. Not to mention the time, try to keep game nights between 1 and 8 hours.

Game Events

• Typical game events just involve the playing of one game. This type of special event can take place in any ROBLOX game or activity (such as a dueling event, a TDM, an Arsenal game, etc.), as well as in games not developed by ROBLOX (which must first have Councilor+ approval), such as Minecraft.
