After two years of online classes, Don Alejandro Roces Sr. Science-Technology High School (DARSSTHS) organized an Oplan-Balik Kaalaman Program to prepare incoming Grade 7 students for face-to-face classes this August. The event held classes and seminars on Mathematics, Science, Baybayin, Mass Communication, and Leadership to review and replenish the knowledge students learned in two years of online school. This program was held on-campus last Aug. 20, 2022.

Inside the school's auditorium held the opening event where school heads, organizers, and speakers explained the goal of the program. Multiple performances from members of the Interact Club and Tanghalang Filipino Club (TFC) followed. After the opening event, the students were grouped into the categories they wanted to join and were sent to their designated rooms for their classes/seminars.

According to the head event organizer, Mrs. Myrna C. Pagnanawon, the Oplan-Balik Kaalaman aims to prepare the students, especially the incoming Grade 7 students in different subjects, especially Mathematics, English, Science, etc. This event is a part of the school Brigada Eskwela where the students’ competencies will be reviewed, ensuring that the students are ready for the upcoming school year.
