Rites are the special events your Morok/Prystrit must and may pass according to special rules. During these events, you will have to draw a certain number of pictures, where you are going to depict certain actions and receive certain awards and experiences for it to be able to move on. Some Rites may open special abilities for your Morok/Prystrit and some of them are transitional - they allow you to boost your level up.
Rites may be compulsory or voluntary. You will be able to see if the Rite is such in the description of it.
How do I get approved?
Simple! You just have to submit your completed art to our gallery. Our admin will comment under your picture with the result or will warn you in the comments of the gallery submission log.
How many tries do I have to pass the test if I don't?
We are not going to limit you at this in case you're not happy with the result. The only thing you should remember is that you have to stick to the rules and, of course, you should not violate the rules. It will certainly bring you a higher chance for a better result as we as your level of effort put into it.
What are prompts?
To explain it in the simplest way, prompts are the things you need to complete to be approved. The recommended scenarios are described under each rite. But you can also try to improvise within the framework of the event. Remember, however, that improvisation of the non-overlapping actions will lead to failure.
What rewards can I get?
As well as any description, the rewards will be shown in the list for each rite. You will be able to obtain certain gems and/or items once you have completed the rite. These will be placed in the banking system associated with your account. The journal will always be open to you, but you won't be able to moderate it.
Your efforts will be graded as Gold, Silver and Bronze. The result will determine your next prize. Prizes vary according to the rite/task you have completed. Approximate results are shown below.
Gold: you really went for it congratulations, an outstanding entry, you outdid yourself! You get one randomly rolled companion/Rare Fish/Hunting item/ forged armour item
Silver: you did a good job, this stands out from your main gallery! You get any uncommon exploring/ Fish/Hunting item/uncommon leather armour item
Bronze: good job but try harder next time! You get any common exploring/Fish/Hunting item/ common wood armour item
What are the main rules?
The main rule is not to violate the rules and try to trick admins. It will lead to a strike and a ban.
The rites have to be depicted in fullbody full background.
You can not depict the aggressive behaviour of the handler towards your Morok/Prystrit. However such behaviour towards the handler is not recommended but still possible to depict due to the carnivorous nature of the predator.
Please, every time you are to compete in the rite, check the age required for the handler and your Morok/Prystrit. Some of the rites are not suitable for a certain age. As well, make sure that your Morok/Prystrit's age suits the rite too.
You can either draw the images or describe the actions by writing 1500-2000 words.
Some rites will require the chance of the injury, which is going to be RNGed.
In case you feel like somewhere you want to depict the natural breeding process or gored animal during the hunt, make sure to submit it as "mature content" so as not to startle other members.
The Rites are designed for one Morok only unless it's a collaborative entry like in the Rite of Courtship when you draw both parents. You can not assign the Rite for another Morok/Prystrit without drawing/writing it and without it being accepted by the admins in the gallery.
