Specific activities may have more detailed and specific rules, which you should follow.
Rolls/awards/tokens/coins and other group/activity related bonuses and certificates can only be given by Admins.
Do not tamper with xp and do not cheat. For the final xp count, you would need to provide proof of each xp.
Do not change any information about your Morok unless you start from scratch.
We have our own scoring system with our own titles, please note that. Also note that we have a special way of calculating Morok experience.
A sale is an agreement between two members. Notifying the group of a change of ownership
Breeding is an agreement between two members. All slots must be clearly marked. Breeding must be approved by the admins
Stealing characters, stealing breeding slots and claiming other people's designs is strictly forbidden.
Co-ownership and leasing are accepted as long as the owner of the character agrees.
There are a few options for what your entry can be
1) effort type:
drawn entry;
crafted entry;
literature entry
2) low-effort/no-effort type:
rng entry;
We recommend you join our Discord and DeviantArt to be able to get all important information in time.
Since the creation of our group, our activities have allowed the open-art option. This means that if you want to make your entry out of clay, glue and similar materials, and it's absolutely within the rules of our group, you can enter and be judged. Mixed media is also allowed (for example, drawing the Morok on paper with a digital background), but you must provide proof that it was made by you. Each picture must have a different element, so if it's made of plasticine, for example, you can't use it again. In the same way, you can't reuse lines, finished pictures and so on. Anything you haven't made yourself (bought toys, bought figures, commissioned figures from other people) will get a DQ. Proof can be photos of the process, which must be linked in the entry. Such entries will be judged separately from drawn effort and eng entries.
The Morok must be drawn at least 3/4 on the canvas - we do not encourage pictures of drawn microscopic Moroks on the huge canvas. The resolution matters too. The Morok and details should be seen for the sake of your score.
Each month you may take part in any activity you wish. There is no limit on visits.
Some activities are effort-based. This means that the more detailed, realistic, colourful and original the picture is and the more effort you put into it, the more chances you have to win a higher ranking. It will also be compared to your gallery. The art that has less aesthetic value with more points from the titles will not have more privileges than the art that has a better composition (where the process of the activity is better depicted and also the entry is much more exciting). First of all, ARPG is an art roleplaying game, so the more appealing your art is, the more valuable it is, although admins have no right to downgrade your entry just for your art style.
Tracing or smudging is not permitted and will result in a warning and possible disqualification.
Lines/art/crafts/figures/3D models (finished, not made by you) cannot be reused. By the demand, you must activity the process of creation of a certain piece.
We DO NOT limit our participants in the pose choice. It doesn’t have to be always stack or gait. As long as the pose activities the Morok’s anatomy, coat colour, type, etc, you’re good.
The main entry must be fullbody and full background. If there is no fullbody on the main entry - the entry won't be evaluated.
A headshot can be included in the main entry but will not be counted as an extra image unless you state it.
Moroks limit: you may enter as many Moroks as you want. They may enter each from the given parts of the activity. If you're entering more than one Morok, you may reuse the background.
The sex of the Morok should be visible in certain poses if you go for a realistic style. If it's against your ethics, we will not deduct points for this either.
Colours and general Morok features must be the same as the reference/import image describes. The Morok should be anatomically properly drawn, must meet the standard and must be clearly visible, it must resemble its breed.
You can fulfill the titles for the xp and add them to your entry before the deadline.
The main entry can be only one. All other pictures will be considered as extra.
Background is required for the extra entry as well.
A headshot is allowed for the extra entry.
The limit of extra pictures is not set. You may draw as much as you want and can. But please, don't overuse this rule. Each picture must be a whole finished, coloured, unique art.
One entry can have two or more images of the same Morok looking as good as your imagination allows you, but it won't give you any additional points as if those are extra pictures. They will be judged together with the main entry.
Copypasting the headshot or mirrored fullbody from the main entry won't be counted as extra and will result in points being deducted as well as any part of the picture reused. It doesn't apply to the background.
Extra entries only count towards the one who drew it. If someone draws their competing Morok in the ring with others, only their Morok gets the extra entry, not the others.
Backgrounds, handlers, teams, aviary icons, flags, crowds, group banners, and stories are not required for our activities, but we encourage you to add them as it will give you extra points.
If the activity is indoor/outdoor only, you should draw the main entry up to the presented background, but the extra pictures can show any activity/after-activity.
Background must be fully drawn. It means, it must have at least 3 basic elements, for example, the ground, the sky and the sun.
The more detailed, appealing and resembling the reference of the activity the background is, the higher mark you get.
Please avoid heavily referencing the photo. The background must not be pixel-to-pixel similar to the reference photo. The heavy referencing will result in fewer points for the entry.
If the background on the main entry doesn't resemble the background offered by the activity, you will not get a high mark.
You can reuse the background for a few of your entries as well as the entries which were commissioned from you.
We don't encourage furries and anthros but we won’t penalise them as long as the handlers are bipedal and humanized.
Backgrounds, handlers, teams, kennel icons, flags, crowds, group banners, and stories are not required for our activities, but we encourage you to add them as it will give you extra points.
We won't fine you for "double handling" if that brings a revitalisation effect to the activity entry. Please avoid having 2+ handlers for 1 Morok in the activity ring.
Admins can enter the activity but SEPARATELY from regular members who will only compete against Admins OR together with the other users if there is another judge. The judge cannot judge their own entry.
Admins do not get DA prizes unless the donor offers.
Judge can be pictured in the activity, allowing your entry to get more points.
We do not encourage posting entries after the deadline at all - your entry may be DQed.
Leasing - taking the Morok from another user with the owner's permission. It is allowed only if the owner agrees. You must inform us about this in the form, mentioning the owner.
Deferral/Delay - asking for some time to defer the judging time if you have some urgency, or are not able to post or finish the entries on time for important reasons. You must notify us of the day before the deadline. The maximum time for postponement is 3 days after the official end of the exhibition.
Please note that each activity ends at the stated deadline by Ukrainian, Kyiv time (GMT+2).
If judges decide to still leave your entry, this means that if you're late, the number of points will be equal to the number of hours you posted after the deadline. If you post 12 hours later, you get -12 points.
If you post your entry after the closing comment has been posted by the admin under the activity, the entry will not be accepted and will be DQ'd.
The activity may be extended if requested and agreed to by the other participants 3 days before the deadline.
The attire is not an obligation for your Morok, you may/may not use whatever fashion you like. If you want to put armour on your Morok it is fine. But remember that you will be able to use the success roll only crafted OR won through the group attire.
It is suggested to wear appropriate attire during the depiction of Canine Titles and Equine Titles.
You can use "harsh" attire during the RP purpose, depicting the past of the Morok. Unless it is used for RP/story, it might be considered violence and abuse towards your pet.
Commissions are allowed, however, the entry will be judged against the author's gallery, not the commissioner's.
If you break our rules or there are errors in your entry, you will be notified and asked to correct the errors. If you decide to leave it as it is, if the mistake is not serious and doesn't break the rules, the points will simply be deducted from your entry. If you don't follow the rules of our group, you will be banned from the group.
Two pictures with similar scores (tie) will be compared for the most attractive picture and may be put to the public vote.
The score determines the result of your entry. The higher the score, the more chances your entry has of becoming the best.
What we always consider:
The overall improvement of your gallery;
Techniques and tools in action that make your entry stand out, as well as details, anatomy, colour/shadow, shapes, effect, etc.
Omitting essential details may result in a point deduction (e.g. the show background contains a pumpkin, the entrant didn't draw it, so -1 point).
Penalties
the penalty is given after a warning prior or if the malicious actions of the participant are reoccurring
-1 point for a small violation of the rules (links look like the full URL code, links are inaccessible)
-5 points for medium violations (the form is wrong, etc)
time deduction points: we'll wait 1 day for all entrants who post their entries after the deadline, but entrants will be penalised with points deducted from the total amount of their entry equal to the number of hours they posted the entry after: e.g. posted after 12 hours - -12 points deducted.
major violations will result in DQ (breaking the group rules, avoiding the questions of the admins that are essential in judging the entry, inability to show proofs if suspected in tracing, etc).

•author rule*•
If a picture has been drawn with a few characters (commissioned/not teamwork/background), including other people's characters, the author will get priority in judging their characters over other people's characters in the same picture. This is because the author drew them and put effort into it. In this case, all the author's characters will be judged first among all the other characters. After that, the characters of the other owners in the picture are judged.
The "work" of other moroks/the moroks of the author in the picture is being evaluated including the pose, the urge/drive/gameness/willingness to work/effort, the description of the morok's work throughout the story, etc.
