The Steering Committee is a group of students, mentors, and parents who meet to discuss planning for the team and make executive decisions. All student leaders are expected to attend these meetings, but all team members, parents, and mentors are welcome to join the Steering Committee. In 2018, the students decided to use consensual leadership via the steering committee, rather than structured leadership, to guide the team.
