Interlaced Hexagons uses open and closed hexagon twists on the top plane, and open and closed triangle twists on the bottom plane to connect them.
Recommended starting dimensions: Hexagon paper 24cm diameter or larger; 32 triangle grid density or higher.

Stars and Galaxies version: This crease pattern shows the pinwheel flourish that can be added to the closed hexagon twists to create pinwheel galaxies. The open hexagon twists should be star puffed, to create the stars.
