Almost Lotus

Almost Lotus has a similar shape arrangement as Lotus Pond, but with the hexagons on the opposite plane. This allows for a much looser set of nub twists. Like in Lotus Pond, the hexagons can either be a closed twist or a sunken twist, and both can be combined in a single piece if desired.

Recommended starting dimensions: Hexagon paper 24cm diameter or larger; 32 triangle grid density or higher.
