To ensure the highest quality candidates for the Marshal role:
If an applicant has an alternate character, criminal history checks will be conducted unless they belong to an excluded group.
Applicants with a record must complete the expungement process before applying. If accepted, they may be granted additional time to finish expungement.
Priority will be given to applicants who play only one character (their lawman).
Audits will be conducted to verify applicants are single-character players.

Disclosing sensitive information about a case to a person outside of the Special Forces will result in a dismissal an blacklisting.
Beratement, rank pulling or any disrespect to any member of staff will result in dismissal.

Current trainings for US Marshal are determined by the Chief Marshal & Inspector.
