Chain Gang is a sub-division of the Department that works in a form of community service. Chain Gang oversees the operations of people who wish to clean their record(s) entirely. They provide prison uniforms to the people who are performing the labor, as well as the resources in order to complete the community service.
Chaing Gang is classed as an additional responsibility and privilege that lawmen can partake in. Chain Gang Guards are required to wear a designated uniform. Additionally, CG Guards are allowed to remain on duty for the duration of the session.
Chain Gang Guards operate under the Supervisors and Wardens in this sub-division, which oversee that everything is running smoothly.
Must be Deputy+
Must have no Disciplines for 14 Days.
Must have a total of 21 Days in the force.
Must agree to work off their records.
Must pay their charge before working the chain.
Must have gone at least 3 days without a violent offense for expungement of the previous record.
Approval for participation shall be given directly from an Undersheriff / Sheriff in advance of a CG work date.
Requirements
The Superintendent must approve the individual for expungement/community service.
Once approved, you must ensure you have the correct amount of guards to follow safety procedures.
They must be outnumbered by at least 1 guard.
At least 1 guard must be a marksman.
Either the Superintendent or one Warden MUST be present during the session. (Federal Ranch must run under Emily).
Prisoners are given 1 warning.
Footsteps
All requirements must be met.
Only one location must be active during a session.
Prisoners must put all their weapons on their horses and flee them.
You must then search the Prisoners to ensure they have done this before you leave & after you come back.
They must be dressed in the specified clothing.
Before you leave, take names and do a head count. Ensure everyone is accounted for.

All guards must know their duties and posts.
Expungements
They may leave when they choose, but if they do not complete the session they will not be refunded and their record will not be cleared.
Incompliance may result in their records remaining. Example:
Prisoner refuses to work
Prisoner is disorderly
Must be aware of all boundaries (See Boundaries)
Community Service
If they run they will be shot.
If they escape a bounty will be placed on their heads.
If an inmate must leave the county during their session you must jail them for that remaining time.

Session Calculation
Each Session has a duration of 45 Minutes.
The Prisoners must serve this at either the Mines or the Federal Ranch.
Number of sessions required for expungement is determined on how many pages the individual has on charges.
Cost Calculation
Step 1: Add up total fines
Step 2: Find 30%
The individual expunging their records must pay 30% of their total fines.
Minimum Payment is $100.
