• My innovation plan is to create an Online Blended Coaching Strategy that can take our professional development to the next level.  This article will showcase how video technology can enhance academic coaching by making communication and learning personalized, engaging, and accessible.

• The goal is to expand awareness of video technology integration beyond the technology department and share this knowledge on larger platforms, reaching audiences beyond elementary education.
