Implement an Online Blended Coaching Strategy for elementary academic coaches.
The literature review analyzes the effectiveness of blended learning, specifically the impact student engagement and personalized learning have on student achievement.
Phase 1: Roadmap (1-2 months)
This phase aims to set clear expectations with intentional project vision and goal-setting.

BLENDED LEARNING MODEL, APPROACH & ENVIRONMENT
Continue research to solidify the learning methodology structure
Research, analyze, and identify the best blended learning model to address our need
Identify the impact blended learning will make
Research, analyze, and plan learning environment: (CSLE + COVA) and growth mindset
CLARITY
Clearly state the math academic gap needs the blended learning program will address to increase student achievement
Share and discuss learning philosophy and blended learning environment
PLANNING
Create a three-year implementation plan and timeline to address the following:
a. Leadership role and responsibilities to include support systems
b. Set up a coaching system to support each group throughout the process
c. Create a communication plan
Project Funding: Identify financial resources and human capital available for innovative project and/or research grants available to support the project
ACCOUNTABILITY AND MEASURE
Define success of the innovation project will create
Set impact measurable goals of the program to include:
a. Implementation progress of blended learning model
b. Learning goals
c. Identify what data will be measured & how it will be measured
TEACHING: IMPACT
Identify the change in teaching blended learning will require
TECHNOLOGY: INVENTORY
Identify Learning Management System
Identify the main technology to be utilized
Submit quotes and create invoices if a purchase of technology is required
Phase II: Planning (2 - 4 months)
The purpose of this phase is accountability and logistics.

Use measurable goals to create a blended learning rubric
PLANNING: ONLINE BLENDED COACHING STRATEGY
Plan for PD logistics to include content, materials and set up time, date
Identify high-quality instructional material required to meet the needs of the innovation
project
Schedule date for academic coaches orientation
Funding:
List funding available to purchase the content required
TEACHING:
Identify academic coaches involved
Identify and set a date when blended learning lessons will begin.
Math Coordinator to begin planning content and management for 1st blended learning lessons
Phase III: Implementation (2- 4 months)
The purpose of this phase is to move the project along.
TECHNOLOGY: LOGISTICS
Test out technology
TEACHING: CLASSROOM
Set up classroom to accommodate blended learning model
Test online platforms and technology with academic coaches
Host academic coach orientation
Deliver the first blended learning lesson
Phase IV: Monitor - Reflect - Adjust (next 2-3 years)
The purpose of this phase is to collect feedback, learn, and iterate to improve the project.

Hold monthly meetings with support staff to discuss progress toward goals and make adjustments
