A series of "Learning Sessions" aimed at discovering ourselves. Often we have no stillness or time to 'check in' with our life, how it is going? who we are? challenge our beliefs ...and take a look at where we are heading. These sessions will cover areas such as mindfulness, spirituality, our physical being, and our own consciousness...
Included : An introduction to kundalini yoga, including ‘tuning in’ and meditation to connect deeply to ourselves. We will then discuss what we mean and understand by polarity and paradox, and explore our paradoxes to enhance our lives and elevate ourselves with all our strength - using what we may perceive as positive and negative characteristics.

Our lives are very hectic these days. We rarely get a chance to take a break from everything going on, and when we do it is all we can muster to slump in front of the TV.
This session provides a rare opportunity to 'break from the norm' and take some 'time out' to go deeper into your self and learn more about what is happening for you, and with greater clarity.

The liver is one of our largest organs with over 500 functions. Often the first time we start to realise how miraculous our bodies are is when they go wrong. We are quite happy to fix the brakes, tyres and service our cars, but we don't give the only vehicle that really counts; our bodies, a moments thought until something goes wrong... perhaps we should?

Included : The history of the Liver Cleanse process, the various steps involved and the different compounds that are used during the cleanse. You will learn how the body uses it's own functions to work on itself and what to expect during the process.
You will also be signposted to books and other resources if you would like to know more, and will be given the recipes for the treatment so that you can undertake the treatment yourself at a later date.

Breathing is the most natural thing we do, why would we need to learn any breathing techniques? ... I'm still here I must be doing ok right?
Actually we are never really taught some of the basics of how breathing can be used to change our state of 'being'.

Being able to take ourselves from an unhelpful state back to a peaceful, quiet, stress free, calm position can help in a vast array of situations...
