These are all safety improvement projects, not capacity improvement - Mark Luszcz

Tom Greve, former DelDOT, will handle utility issues.

Angola Rd and Camp Arrowhead Rd will not be closed at the same time.

Some construction projects will continue during the summer peak period.

In 1990's and 2000's, DelDOT looked into Rt 24 dualization, but the residents opposed it. Now, 20-30 years later with over 30% population growth in Sussex County, DelDOT may find very different responses from the residents.
