If you wish to bring a visitor to school, you must obtain a “Visitor Pass” from the 9-12 office, at least two days in advance of the visit and have all teachers of affected classes sign to indicate their permission has been given. In addition to this, the form must also be signed by your parent. The guest’s parents must sign an insurance waiver form provided by the 9-12 office. This form must be signed by all teachers, the guest's parent or the host parents. Once this has been done Mr Sinclair will sign off the final approval and inform security of the visit. Without all of this, no visitor will be permitted to come on campus and attend classes.
You and your guest will be expected to be exemplary in their behaviour.
Your guest may visit for a maximum of two days and will be expected to be exemplary in their behaviour too.
Each 9 - 12th-grade student is allowed a maximum of 1 guest per semester.
