Space Weaponry: Weaponry of the Discovery Era can be acquired initially via your start like other origins, or you can skip the upgrade from the low level items to higher by replaying that series of missions. You can pick the Discovery themed weapons from the mission rewards and loot from the defeated enemies. Additionally, you can gather these weapons from loot gained from Discovery Era Task Forces and Patrols. Some of these weapons can be acquired via the Exchange. Lastly, Discovery Era weapons can be earned from or purchased as you go through the Discovery Reputation track.
Ground Weapons: Like the space weapons, you can replay the starting missions to acquire ground weaponry from rewards as well as from the loot from defeated enemies. The same it true of any ground Discovery Era Task Forces/Patrols. Similarly you can acquire some items from the Exchange. The Discovery Reputation track does not really provide any ground weapons as rewards/purchases.
For those wanting the Strange New Worlds theme, available from the Infinity lockboxes are the [Special Equipment Pack - Phaser Pistol 2259c]. In the pack are a random award 1 of 2 types of Phaser Pistols:
Phaser Pistol (2259c)
Phaser Compression Pistol (2259c)
Costumes/Uniform: The only non-Zen purchase options here are from the Discovery Reputation track. You can acquire the Discovery Era space/hard suit from the track.
Available from the Lobi store, is a costume set that is from the Strange New Worlds Era. This is the combat armor as seen on characters from the beginning of Season 2 of the show:
[Outfit Box - Starfleet Armor Uniform (2259c)]
Released to celebrate Season 3 of Strange New Worlds, players had a limited time account unlock of the Strange New Worlds Starfleet uniforms. It is unclear if this unlock will be made available later on in the Lobi store or in Mudd's store.
Weaponry Types: Like the TOS origin, the options to remain lore, style and theme friendly to the origin, means having your ships armed with Discovery Era Phasers and Photon Torpedoes. These can be gained in any mission that takes place in the Discovery Era, such as re-playing the Discovery Era start and the Defense of Starbase One Task Force Operation.
Starships: There are a few starships that are skinned/themed for the Discovery Era. Here is a partial list of ships that are themed for Discovery Era themed Captains.

Space Weapons: TOS space weapons are available through only a few means. For TOS origin characters these items can be acquired by replaying through the Agents of Yesterday episode and missions. In these missions you can acquire space and ground combat weapons with the TOS sound effects and visuals. Additionally TOS space weaponry of the highest calibre can be acquired via your fleet on the K-12 Space Station. However you will need a large amount of Fleet Credits and the fleet itself needs to be of a level high enough to unlock and acquire the vendor to provide the items. Occasionally you will be able to acquire TOS themed weapons from the exchange and in missions that take place in the TOS era (such as Yesterday's War episode "The Core of the Matter").
Ground Weapons: Much like the space weapons, you can acquire ground weaponry through the Agents of Yesterday story episodes and via the K-13 space station.

Weaponry Types: Federation weapon types of this era are fairly limited and straightforward. To be faithful to the lore, style and theme of the era, Federation ships will be armed with only TOS Phasers and Photon Torpedo weapons. You can make a case for the Phaser and Photon Torpedo weapon styles from Discovery Era from a timeline perspective, but it isn't really in theme for characters of this origin since there is already a Discovery Era origin.
Starships: There are a few starships that are skinned/themed for The Original Series. Here is a partial list of ships that are themed for The Original Series. Note the list will indicate the tier level and the source of the ship or skin.

Space Weapons: The weaponry of The Next Generation is almost the same as the 2409 Era start and is almost as easy to acquire. Most weapons in game that are in the Next Generation and 2409 style, theme, and lore. These are mainly from mission rewards and loot drops. The exchange can also be a good source of the weapons you need and most ship weaponry vendors sell the Next Generation/2409 themed weaponry. Space Weapons:
Ground Weapons:
Costumes/Uniforms:
Weaponry Types: The Dominion has the most strict and narrow options for what it uses for style and damage. Ship and ground weaponry are pretty much limited to only Polaron damage type and Quantum Torpedo weapon/damage types.
Space Weapons: There are no real vendors or way outside of special events or themed lockboxes to acquire special Borg themed weapons or ship gear. Some Reputation items, such as those found in the Task Force Omega faction, have Borg themed ship items, such as the Assimilated Deflector Dish, Assimilated Impulse Engine, Assimilated Regenerative Shield Array, and Assimilated Universal Console. The Kinetic Cutting Beam is very similar in name to and damage type to the Borg type, but it lacks the sound and visual effects of the Borg style. The Exchange has available (at times many at times few or none) weapons with the Assimilated name associated with them. These are Plasma weapons in the theme of the Borg style.
Ground Weapons: There are few available ground weapons of a Borg theme. However, there is one from leveling that you can acquire in the Borg Advance Episode called "Assimilation". In this mission you can acquire a Borg Plasma assault weapon in the form of Borg Prosthetic (with tactical, science, and engineering variants).
Costumes/Uniforms: In the character creator you can get access to a variety of Borg implants as well as some themed costume parts can be purchased via the costume/uniform vendor. As well the Z store and Lobi store have Borg themed items for your character and Bridge Officers.
Weaponry Types: Borg weaponry is based on Plasma and as such a thematically accurate Borg or Borg inspired character and ship build would utilize plasma as its basis. There are 2 different types of Plasma: standard Plasma weapons and Romulan Plasma weapons. Both fit the bill for Borg themed ships/characters. Additionally, there are ship weapons that were available from lock boxes that were Borg Themed Assimilation Plasma weaponry. These last types would be the most lore accurate, but may be hard to get on the player market.
Bridge Officers: You can acquire special Borg Bridge Officers in a few ways, however, they are limited. One can be acquired by completing a Project for Task Force Omega (Recruit: Starfleet/KDF Borg Science Bridge Officer)
Where to Find/Get?
Bridge Officers:
Exchange- Most of the Bridge Officers that are unwanted by players can be sold on the open market. Some that are acquired via reward, lock box, or from vendors can be found and purchased from the Exchange for Energy Credits
Lockbox- Many high level (Purple) Bridge Officers can be acquired by opening the various lock boxes. These officers are usually themed to match the lockbox theme.
Rewards- Some Bridge Officers can be acquired via missions played in the various episodes. These officers are usually locked to the character and cannot be traded or sold.
Vendors- Certain Bridge Officers can be purchased via specific vendors in the game, usually for Dilithium or Fleet Credits.
