Friday, October 20th

4:00 PM   -  The event site opens to the public. The Gate and Registration Desk will be open from 4:00 - 11:00 PM.

5:30 PM   -  Traveler's Fare served in the Feast Hall until 7:30 PM for all those who have purchased feast.

8:00 PM   -  Brief Royal Court  in the Feast Hall to send Baroness Wulfwyn aet Hamtune, OL on Vigil for the Order of the Pelican and Hon. Lord   xxxxxxx  -   Nishigori Gentaro Mitsumune on Vigil for the Order of the Laurel.

8:30 PM   -  The Pelican Vigil of Baroness Wulfwyn aet Hamtune, OL at the Raintree Pavilion until 11:30 PM.

10:00 PM -  Curfew for youth 12 years & under. Children should be in their camp/cabin with a supervising, responsible adult or caregiver.

1:00 AM   -  Curfew for youth 13 - 17 years. Youth should be in their camp/cabin with a supervising, responsible adult or caregiver.

Saturday, October 21st

7:00 AM   -  The Gate and Registration Desk will be open from 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM. 

7:30 AM   -  Breakfast served in the Feast Hall until 9:00 AM for all those who have purchased feast.

7:00 AM   -  The Pelican Vigil of Baroness Wulfwyn aet Hamtune, OL resumes at the Raintree Pavilion until 9:45 AM. 

8:00 AM   -  Crest Display begins at the Lyst Field for the Crested Helm Tournament. 

8:00 AM   -  Armor inspection for the Crested Helm Tournament begins by the Lyst Field.

8:00 AM   -  Archery Range opens for IKCAC practice, rounds, and/or open practice shooting.

9:00 AM   -  The St. George's Faire Crested Helm Tournament begins with a Formal Procession at the Lyst Field.

9:00 AM   -  The Laurel Vigil of Hon. Lord Nishigori Gentaro Mitsumune at the Vigil Tent by the Lyst Field until 3:30 PM.

9:00 AM   -  Beginner Sewing Class by Ottilde Akkermann in the Craft Cabin.

9:00 AM   -  Buttons, Buttonholes, and Eyelets, oh my! by Lady Meadb O'Connell in the Basketball Court.

10:00 AM -  Armor inspection for the Youth Combat Tourney begins at the Lyst Field.

10:00 AM -  Drop In Class - Bottlecap Pincushions with Mistress Alexis MacAllister in the Basketball Court until 5:00 PM.

10:30 AM -  Royal Court: The Elevation of the Baroness Wuflwyn aet Hamtune, OL to the Order of the Pelican.

11:00 AM -  Baroness' Heart Youth Combat Tournament begins at the Lyst Field.

10:30 AM -  Break for adult chivalric fighters to rest and prepare for the Bastion Course Tournament.

11:00 AM -  Naalbinding, Oslo Stitch by Lady Laska Koudelka in the Craft Cabin.

11:00 AM -  Artisan of the Crossroads Largesse Derby registration & set up in the Basketball Court.

11:30 AM -  Baston Course Team Auction followed immediately by the Baston Course Tournament, both at the Lyst Field.

12:00 PM -  Fundraiser Lunch served in the Feast Hall until 2:00 PM.

12:00 PM -  The Artisan of the Crossroads Largesse Derby voting by the populace from 12:00 - 4:00 PM.

12:00 PM -  Thrown Weapons range open for practice. 

12:00 PM -  Post Vigil for Baroness Wulfwyn aet Hamtune, OL, OP at the Raintree Pavilion until 3:00 PM.

12:30 PM -  Prize Table Ceremony for the Crested Helm, Baroness' Heart, & Baston Course Tournaments at the Lyst Field.

1:00 PM   -  Baron's Bowman Archery Tournament begins at the Archery Range.

1:00 PM   -  Goldwork Embroidery Over Padding by Lady Laska Koudelka in the Craft Cabin (2 hours).

1:00 PM   -  Renaissance Italian Women's Hairstyles by Mirendil of Alardas in the Craft Cabin.

1:30 PM   -  Armor inspection for the Rapier Tournament begins at the Lyst Field.

2:00 PM   -  Baroness' Blade Rapier Tournament begins at the Lyst Field.

2:00 PM   -  19th Annual Borgia Memorial Bocce Tournament begins. Participants should meet at the Feast Hall.

2:00 PM   -  Trimaris Cooks' Guild Meeting in the Feast Hall.

2:30 PM   -  Armor inspection begins for the Chivalric Combat Tournament at the Lyst Field. 

3:00 PM   -  Baron's Champion Chivalric Combat Tournament begins at the Lyst Field.

3:00 PM   -  Thrown Weapons Champion of An Crosaire Tournament begins at the Thrown Weapons Field.

3:00 PM   -  Cordials 101 by Lady Sarah Bekah the Gentle in the Craft Cabin.

3:00 PM   -  Peer-like Qualities Class by Master Miyamoto Toramasa, OP in the Craft Cabin.

4:00 PM   -  Bard of the Crossroads Bardic Competition begins at the Basketball Court.

4:00 PM   -  Youth & Basic Heraldry Class with Lady Sarah Bekah the Gentle in the Craft Cabin.

5:00 PM   -  Feast Hall closed for feast set up. 

4:00 PM   -  Youth Arts & Crafts activities until 5:30 Pm. Quiet coloring & crafts will be available through Royal & Baronial Court. 

5:30 PM   -  Royal & Baronial Court in the Basketball Court. 

6:30 PM   -  Feast Hall opens for those who have purchased feast. 

7:00 PM   -  Feast served in the Feast Hall.

9:00 PM   -  Elevation Parties for Baroness Wulfwyn aet Hamtune, OL, OP & Master Nishigori Gentaro Mitsumune, OL at the Raintree Pavilion.

10:00 PM -  Curfew for youth 12 years & under. Children should be in their camp/cabin with a supervising, responsible adult or caregiver.

Sunday, October 22nd

12:00 PM -  The event site is closed to the public. If you are still on site, you will be assigned a clean up task by the Event Steward.
