I acknowledge that GrabCar Pte Ltd and/or its Affiliates (“Grab”) may refuse participation to me on any grounds, in Grab’s sole discretion.

 I understand that I may be disqualified from the Programme if I do not comply with these terms and conditions. 

I agree to comply with all related laws and regulations, including the Road Traffic Act and Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Wearing of Seat Belts) Rules 2011.

In particular, I understand that under the law, it is my responsibility as the driver of a private-hire car to ensure that all passengers are wearing seat/lap belts and that any child below 1.35 m is properly secured by an approved child restraint appropriate for a person of that height and weight, before I use my car.

I understand that properly used seat/lap belts and/or child restraints ("Booster Seats") may reduce the chances of a person being injured or killed in a crash.

I, on my own behalf and on the behalf of my successors and assigns, hereby release and forever discharge Grab and its directors, managers, employees, officers, and agents, both jointly and severally, from any actions, causes of action, claims, demands, damages (known or unknown), and liabilities whatsoever, both at law and in equity, however arising which I may suffer or incur in connection with the Programme, the Booster Seats(including the failure of the Booster Seats to function as intended by the manufacturer and/or injury or death arising from the Booster Seats themselves). I further agree to indemnify and hold each of these persons harmless from all expenses, fees, liabilities, damages, awards, or costs of any type whatsoever which is directly or indirectly arising from my participation in the Programme.

I agree that as the purchase of the Booster Seats is subsidised by Grab, I am not allowed to resell the Booster Seats or otherwise trade or deal with the Booster Seats with any other party for compensation in either monetary form or in kind for any reason whatsoever. Should I be found to be in breach of this term, I will be immediately disqualified from further participation of this Programme and I will be required to refund Grab the retail price of the Booster Seats (being SGD 130.00 per Booster Seat).

I agree that Grab has the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, and/or alter these terms and conditions at any time.
